With decades of experience and expertise in the realms of personal and spiritual growth Clarissa aims to empower individuals to embark on their own journeys of self-discovery, embracing the transformative power of healing in a holistic and synergistic way.
For Clarissa, the personal healing journey is just the beginning. She believes profound healing occurs beyond individual therapy sessions, when one can incorporate a group experience where the collective field amplifies growth.
Clarissa has successfully blended the worlds of science, psychology, and the profound realm of energy and healing.
Her Mission
Driven to uncover the meaning of life Clarissa's journey began with a degree in philosophy. This quest for understanding then led her to explore natural healing methods, nutrition, and bodywork. In the role of a Natural therapist it became evident to her that the mind and emotions play a pivotal role in determining one's health and overall well-being.
A driving desire to make the world a better place Clarissa set about to learn the best model of psychological healing and subsequentlty completed a rigorous three-year Diploma in Gestalt Therapy in 1996.
This comprehensive training equipped her with a deep understanding of the therapeutic process and tools necessary for transformation and personal and spiritual growth.
She opened her first practice as Gestalt Therapist in 1999, while studying a bachelor of psychology and raising her 5 children. Registering as a psychologist in 2009 she opened a private practice specialising in relationships, psychodynamic & trauma informed therapy,and transpersonal psychology.
Her Lineage
Authentic growth from plumbing the souls depth requires wise learned teachers. Clarissa has been fortunate to have been shaped by truly great teachers with genuine lineage from the forefront of the human potential movement.
Following her thorough training within the Gestalt group, Clarissa was mentored by the late great Anna Bernet from 1996 until Anna's passing in 2017. Anna was a profoundly insightful facilitator of personal and spiritual growth, trained under Jorge Rosner, who was trained by Fritz & Laura Perls the founders of Gestalt Therapy. Further, A.H. Almass mentored Anna, who was also part of the original Diamond Approach. Anna used a lot of diamond essence work in her training and was also closely connected with Claudio Naranjo was brought over from Chili by the Gestalt institute to conduct SAT: Seekers After Truth, is an experiential, psycho-spiritual journey centered around the Ennegram, which Clarissa took part in.
Exploring Conscious Expansion
Since 2016 Clarissa integrated her solid psychotherapy training with spiritual growth following a series of synchronicities with shamans, and mystical experiences that expanded her consciousness in profound ways.
Early 2017 she had a deep calling to join the Evolutionary collective, a group exploring the paradigm of unity consciousness. Over the 18 months that she journeyed to and from USA to partake in the collective, Clarissa received training as a Mutual Awakening Teacher.
Clarissa has continued her own personal healing and energetic clearing working with Quantum Field Clearing with her mentor in Virginia USA, Elizabeth Balcar. Her meditation practice was expanded with the Luminous Awareness Institute in California. She also experienced many instances of Kundalini awakenings and non-dual states.
Late 2019 Clarissa voyaged with Dr. Joe Dispenza where, during an ordinary meditation she spontaneously had an enlightenment experience.
